Our History
Founded by visionary chef and entrepreneur Faraz Sardharia, Elevation Hospitality Group has quickly become a leading name in the hospitality industry, known for its innovative culinary services and unwavering commitment to community impact. Sardharia, with his deep passion for food and people, spearheaded the organization with the goal of elevating the dining experience while addressing the growing needs of vulnerable populations.
A turning point for Elevation Hospitality Group came during the height of the 2023 migrant crisis in Chicago. In response to the overwhelming need for food assistance, Sardharia led the production and distribution of over 800,000 meals in 2023 and 2024. These meals were served to unhoused individuals, migrants, and families in need across various shelters and emergency housing centers. Sardharia’s efforts earned widespread recognition for his dedication to addressing food insecurity on a massive scale.

Congregate Meals for Shelters
We provide ready-to-serve meals for shelters lacking kitchen facilities. Each meal is pre-cooked and delivered hot, offering a balanced, hearty meal for large groups.
Emergency Hot Meals
In crisis situations, our emergency hot meals can be rapidly deployed to outdoor locations, temporary shelters, or emergency hubs. Meals are prepared to nourish and sustain people during difficult times.
Senior Meals
